How to fill Online Form

Follow these steps to Fill Online Application Form
Click on Register link and Register yourself for this Exam. After Registration login your account and follow below steps –
1.	Fill the Online Application Form. Candidates are advised to note down his/her system generated Application Number. The candidate should supply all the details while filling the online Application Form and no columns shall be kept vacant. After successful submission of the data, Application number will be generated.
2.	Candidate must upload his/her scanned images of Photograph, Signature and Left hand Thumb Impression. The scanned images of photograph, Signature and Thumb should be in jpg/jpeg format only. Size of the photo image must be greater than 10 Kb and less than 100 Kb. Size of the signature image must be greater than 5 Kb and less than 50 Kb. Size of the Thumb Impression image must be greater than 5 Kb and less than 100 Kb.
3.	After filling the Application and Uploading images of photo, signature and Left hand thumb impression, Candidate can view and edit the data and photo if necessary.
4.	Candidate has to pay examination fee through online payment mode using Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card only.
5.	After Final Submission of the Online Application Form, candidate will take a printout of his/her Application Form, and retain for future reference.
After Final Submission of the Online Application Form, no offline/online request will be accepted regarding correction or any change.

ऑनलाइन आवेदन फॉर्म भरने के लिए निम्नलिखित चरणों का पालन करें
रजिस्टर लिंक पर क्लिक करें तथा इस परीक्षा हेतु स्वयं को पंजीकृत करें \| रजिस्ट्रेशन के पश्चात् अपने अकाउण्ट को लॉगइन करें और निम्न निर्देशों का पालन करें।
1.	ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र को भरिए। अभ्यर्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे सिस्टम द्वारा जनित अपनी आवेदन संख्या नोट कर लें। आवेदन पत्र भरते समय अभ्यर्थी को सारे विवरण की अंकना करनी चाहिए तथा कोई भी खाना खाली नहीं छोड़ना होगा। सफलतापूर्वक डाटा प्रविष्ट करने के उपरान्त, आवेदन संख्या जनित हो जाएगी।
2.	अभ्यर्थी अपने फोटो, हस्ताक्षर एवं बाएं हाथ के अंगूठे का निशान की स्कैन्ड छायाप्रति अवश्य अपलोड करें। हस्ताक्षर jpg/jpeg फारमेट में होना चाहिए। फोटोप्रति की साइज 10 Kb से अधिक तथा 100 Kb से कम अवश्य होना चाहिए। हस्ताक्षर की छायाप्रति की साइज 5 Kb से अधिक तथा 50 Kb से कम अवश्य हो। अंगूठे के निशान का साइज 10 Kb से अधिक तथा 100 Kb से कम अवश्य होना चाहिए।
3.	आवेदन पत्र भरने, तथा फोटो और हस्ताक्षर की छायाप्रति अपलोड करने के उपरान्त यदि आवश्यक हो तो अभ्यर्थी अपने द्वारा पूरित सूचना एवं फोटो आदि का अवलोकन कर उसमें सुधार/सम्पादन कर सकता है।
4.	अभ्यर्थी को अपने परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान केवल ऑनलाइन पेमेंट मोड-नेट बैंकिंग, क्रेडिट कार्ड या डेबिट कार्ड के प्रयोग से ही करना होगा।
5.	ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र को अंतिम रूप से भर लेने के उपरान्त, अपने आवेदन पत्र की एक प्रिंट-आउट लेना होगा तथा उसे भविष्य की गतिविधियों के लिए सुरक्षित रखना होगा।
ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र अंतिम रूप से भरने के उपरांत उसमें किसी भी प्रकार के संशोधन या परिवर्तन हेतु कोई भी ऑफलाइन/ऑनलाइन प्रार्थना स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी।
